2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store by consumers.
A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
3. Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email or by dispatching the products.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in individual cases.
All offers are subject to product availability.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
The prices applicable at the time of the order shall apply.
Promotional prices, discounts and special offers are valid only for the period specified or while stocks last.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment will be processed according to the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse certain payment methods in individual cases.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are indicative only unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Any payments already made will be refunded promptly.
For the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order, personal data such as your name, delivery address, telephone number and, where necessary, email address may be shared with shipping and logistics providers. Where required for delivery, such information may appear on shipping labels or shipping documentation.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we kindly ask customers to report such damage to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us without delay.
Failure to make such a report does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
If a delivered product is defective, customers are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Cosmetic Product Disclaimer
Our products are intended solely for external cosmetic use.
The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and do not replace professional medical advice.
If you have known allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully before use.
Products should be used according to the instructions provided on the packaging and product pages.
12. Product Images and Descriptions
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Due to technical limitations, screen settings, manufacturing updates or packaging changes, actual products may differ slightly from the images shown on the website.
13. Limitation of Liability
We shall be liable without limitation:
- for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- under applicable product liability laws;
- where liability cannot be excluded by law.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations caused by slight negligence, liability shall be limited to foreseeable and typical damages.
To the extent permitted by law, any further liability is excluded.
14. Customer Account
Where customer accounts are offered, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
15. Loyalty Points and Rewards Programs
Any loyalty points, rewards programs or similar promotions are offered voluntarily.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict or discontinue such programs, taking into account the legitimate interests of participants.
Points obtained through abuse, fraud or misuse may be cancelled.
Loyalty points, vouchers and reward credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and product presentations, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any use beyond what is permitted by law requires our prior written consent.

18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
19. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission no longer provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
We are not obliged and do not agree to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
