How to choose the % of azelaic acid
How to choose the % of azelaic acid
AZELAICA comes in 2 versions: with 6% or 10% of Azelaic Acid.
For most users, we recommend the 6% version. This formulation delivers excellent results with virtually no unwanted effects. It can be used daily and will effectively target your skin concerns.
Choose 10% if your skin problems are more severe or if you’ve already used a 10% azelaic product and you feel it works better for you. Keep in mind that percentages are not everything: you care about results, not the number on the bottle. Both our formulations are designed for effect. However, with certain skin conditions, a higher percentage of Azelaic Acid may deliver better or faster results.

AZELAICA is designed for problematic, oily, or combination skin. Its effectiveness is not tied only to skin type, but primarily to the skin’s current condition.
It is also suitable for sensitive skin, as azelaic acid is not considered an active that commonly causes irritation. In addition, other actives in AZELAICA strengthen the skin barrier, which further supports sensitive skin.
How to Use
How to Use
We recommend you start slowly: every second evening for 2-4 weeks. Then you can increase the frequency to every evening.
Apply to clean face. Avoid contact with eyes. Store at room temperature (below 25C).
AZELAICA is formulated as a cream, so it goes near the end of your routine – over your serums or boosters.
A tingling sensation
Slight tingling, prickling or redness at the start of using AZELAICA is normal – it should be minor and disappear soon after. A burning sensation is not ok and may be a sign that azelaic acid isn’t right for your skin. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll figure it out together.
Combining with other actives
Azelaic Acid is very well tolerated by the skin so chances of unwanted side effects are minimal. It is still best to avoid combining strong actives in higher concentrations (for example, retinoids) with Azelaic Acid, to minimize the chances of unnecessary irritations. If you’re using any such actives, consider adjusting your routines so not everything is on your skin at the same time.

Odlična je
Kupula sam kremu za kćer tinejdžerku koja se bori sa upaljenim pristićima. Koža se smirila, prištići su se povukli, izbije koji sitni ali puno rjeđe, vidi se velika promijena na koži. Kupit ću opet ovu kremu čim je potroši.
