What are the shipping costs? Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to EU countries below. Our parcels are delivered to #gorgeousbabes via GLS international parcel service. The costs depend on the country we’re shipping to.

How can I pay for my order?

Right now, you can pay with:

  • Visa, MasterCard, AMEX
  • PayPal
  • Giropay

Some countries may have extra payment options available. Go to checkout, select your country and you should see all available options.

How long will delivery take?

Your order will usually arrive in 1-5 business days.

Is it safe to use my credit card in your online store?

Absolutely. We protect your credit card and other information in 3 ways:

  • We use a secure connection (SSL; look for the green lock in the address bar of your browser), so any data you enter is encrypted and transmitted securely.
  • We use STRIPE as our payment processor. They are one of the biggest and most well-known handlers of online transactions on the planet.
  • We do not store or even see your credit card information. When you enter your data, it is transmitted directly* to Stripe, so we DO NOT have access to your full credit card information nor is it stored. Even if you choose to save your card information for future purchases, this information is stored with Stripe, not with us. Which is the way it should be.

*if you know your code: we use hosted fields for the credit card information on checkout, so any data entered never hits our servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Here’s how ordering at Miss Alice works:

  • First of all, thank you!
  • Secondly, you’ll receive an order confirmation on the email address you entered at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. If you see any errors in the email (shipping name, address, country etc.), this would be a good time to tell us.
  • We’ll carefully pack your order and send it on its way. You’ll receive an email when your order is shipped.
  • GLS Parcel Service will deliver your package. Inspect it to make sure the parcel isn’t damaged (we pack carefully, so everything should be ok).
  • You’ll receive another email letting you know your order is now completed. We’ll also thank you a lot, call you a #missalicebabe and get really emotional.
Hey, my order was damaged, didn't arrive, the postman used up all my serum and similar stuff!

Sometimes, bad things happen to good babes. And by bad, we don’t mean the good kind of bad. We mean bad as in:

“My order is damaged!”
That sucks. If something broke during transport and you didn’t see it before accepting the package, get in touch. We can fix this.

“There is something missing in my package!”
All our packages are inspected and photographed before shipping. But in the rare case there’s still something missing inside, two things will happen: first, we’ll immediately fire our CEO who allowed this to happen! Then we’ll send you the missing product. And apologise profusely.

“Where the heck is my order?”
If more than 7 business days have passed and your friendly delivery guy still didn’t knock on your door, let us know. All our parcels are sent with tracking and we’ll work our butts off to find out what is happening.

Are Miss Alice products tested on animals?

Animal testing is cruel and barbaric. It’s also illegal in EU. So no, our products are not tested on animals. Only on babes.
